Business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Canadian commercial regulations, with a focus on transparent procurement processes, documentation alignment, and long-term supply reliability.
Our Role & Supply Structure
Northbridge Trade & Industrial Solutions operates as an independent supplier representative (REP).
We support qualified manufacturers with local Canadian market development, technical coordination, and procurement support.
Products are supplied directly from approved manufacturers to end users, EPCs, or distributors, based on project requirements.
We do not operate as a reseller holding inventory or applying undisclosed markups. Our role is to facilitate compliant, efficient, and transparent supply execution.
Procurement Risk Control
We understand procurement risk management is critical for industrial projects.Our support framework is designed to reduce commercial, technical, and supply risks:
1.Trial orders and pilot orders supported
2.Full material documentation available (MTR / MTC, as applicable)
3.Third-party inspection coordination supported upon request
4.Direct shipment from approved manufacturing facilities Clear, PO-based commission structure aligned with project scope
